Rent begins on the first of the month following lease signing, whether or not your license has been issued.
Security Deposit
$1,000
Due with your signed lease. Non-refundable if you do not continue renting for six months.
Application assistance is available for an additional fee.
Payment options: check, ACH, or credit card (single or recurring). Credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee.

Common Questions
Can I apply if I live outside Wisconsin?
Yes. Most of our clients live outside Wisconsin. Documents are handled by email with scanned signatures, so you can work through the process remotely. The license you apply for is a Wisconsin wholesale dealer license tied to your office here.
Can you help with the application?
Yes, for an additional fee. We can prepare your application, the related forms, and LLC or corporation documents. This assistance is separate from the $500/month office and parking rent. You can also complete everything yourself.
What else will I need?
An LLC or corporation with an EIN, a surety bond, and commercial general liability insurance naming DB Property Management Group Inc. as additional insured. Bob will walk you through each requirement on your call.
How long does the licensing process take?
Timing depends on your application, supporting documents, and the state’s review. Bob can explain the process and discuss current expectations during your call. Approval and processing times are not guaranteed.
